Rotterdam Coolsingel

At this central location on the Coolsingel in Rotterdam, AXA and Provast are redeveloping the iconic ABN AMRO office into a modern, SMART, and sustainable multi-tenant office of 30,000 m2. ABN AMRO will be one of the tenants in the new building.

AXA and Provast believe in adding high-quality and sustainable offices to Rotterdam. This will be the first office in the Netherlands to receive both a Paris Proof and a BREEAM Excellent label. By improving comfort and daylight and adding green spaces inside and outside the building, the office will also meet the strictest health criteria.

The building partially dates back to the 1950s and 1990s. The design by Paul de Ruiter Architects aims to harmonize the building with the surrounding structures on the Coolsingel. Among other improvements, the current closed façade on the Coolsingel will be made accessible and transparent. The expected completion is around the end of 2024.
